The owner is a licensed Real Estate agent in California and belongs to the National Association of Realtors, California and Santa Cruz County Association of Realtors. We are active members of the Santa Cruz Chamber of Commerce and the Santa Cruz County Hotel and Lodging Association.

We have quality vacation homes and Inns in Santa Cruz County and South Lake Tahoe with complete property management services in both areas. The company is located in Santa Cruz, CA and we have agents in both areas. We have been Property Managers for ourselves, friends, family and clients for eight years.
