Vacation Home Management

Ski and Sea Properties has two options for the management and marketing of your vacation property. The first is for the person whom wants to stay completely involved in the booking and management process. This option would allow Ski and Sea Properties to advertise market and be the 'live' reservationists for your property. Once qualified, S&S properties would reserve your property with you directly. Sea and Ski would be your customer. A 10% commission fee will be charged at the time of the booking for the service, which would be deducted from your payment.

The second option is a full service program. Ski and Sea Properties would advertise market and reserve the property. It would be our responsibility to have the home cleaned, maintained and coordinate the arrival and departure process. The fee ranging from 15%-30% of the rental income would be charged for this service.

In either case, we are committed to:

•   Marketing your property to generate interest
•   Designing rates and packages to maximize your rental income
•   A minimum of 6websites listings with interior and exterior photos
•   24-hour-a-day guest services with real person reservationists.

Most importantly, we understand that this is your property and you can use it as you wish. We do not have any restrictions or blackouts for your personal use. You can log on to our Owners website 24 hours a day, or call directly to reserve it.
